Mr. Ron Davidson is the owner of Strategic Change Management located in La Jolla, California. Mr. Davidson has twenty years of experience working in the private sector in Human Resource Management. Ron Davidson has held a variety of management positions and was most recently Vice President of Human Resources for a public technology company.

 

In addition, Ron holds an MBA in management and a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Development. This combination of education and experience enables Strategic Change Management to design and implement organizational improvements that are based on current psychological research while recognizing the practical needs of your business.
